About "Murph"

Brian D. "Murph" Murphy. For the last 12 years, I have been preparing personal income taxes for individuals at the largest tax preparation company in America. For the majority of that time I worked out of an office in Newburyport, MA.

But this year, I am starting my own independent tax business. I am a retired engineer from Alcatel-Lucent (formally Western Electric in North Andover). I have Masters' degrees in both Engineering and Business. I am an Enrolled Agent, and can prepare returns for small business, rental property, investments, child tax and educational credits.
